You can email us with questions at info@puimond.com, but we do not recommend ordering via email unless you can call us with your credit card number. Emailing credit card information is not secure and we will not be responsible for any misuse of your information that is outside of our control.
All prices listed on this site are in US funds.
California residents must add 8.75% tax on the order total before shipping.

Returns: Custom made corsets may not be returned. Repairs will be made if the corset is returned (with authorization) within 21 days of receipt, or a replacement corset will be made if there are any problems due to defective material or workmanship.
All shipping costs on returned products are the customer’s responsibility.
All deliveries are made using USPS, TNT or UPS.

Shipping Information for our Made to Order Corsets
We offer affordable flat rate shipping for any size retail orders, the flat rate pricing will be the same if you order one corset or ten.
Within the US – $10 for USPS Priority Mail Service
Canada – $40 TNT Express 2-3 business days OR $30 Express Mail Service 5-7 business days (TNT Shipments to Canada will include a NAFTA Certificate of Origin. You should only pay tax, no duty)
Rest of the world – $55 TNT Express 3-4 business days OR $40 Express Mail Service 5-7 business days.
All shipments will be insured.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping service to UPS, prices will be determined and displayed in your shopping cart check-out page.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your corset to be created and 2-3 days for orders to be shipped once payment in full is received.
